《生活心理與禪淺説 (10) 禪的天地人間》 __ 江紹倫
引言
禪的原文是梵文的「禪那」，意即指智慧，原是古印度的宗教和哲學斷説和信念。傳入中國以後，它融和了儒家和道家的智慧，形成两個派系，其一存於佛教的經和守戒修持，其二由中國文人和大眾持行，作為生活的理想及奮鬥行為。後來中國禪再傳回印度，對它的鄉土人情產生過一定的影響。
中國的佛教分大乘和小乘兩系，各有不同程度的戒律。不過，嚴格説，佛教只是一種自由的信仰，不是宗教。而俗習的禪則十分豐富，表現在客家人的「耕讀」生活模式中，結合理知和生產，不但引生生存的温飽滿足，更重要的是精神提升的滿足，表現在「安心」的層次，以及「詩詞」的審美層次。
禪的内涵「天地人合一」的視人與天地平等共相生息，和諧衍生，亦視人是大自然的一部份，不有獨特的優越，生於偶然，死亦偶然往生長久，可以滿足安心。 閱讀全文

Sitka，Alaska 是當今世界上釣魚最佳的地方。那裡是一個寧靜的近海小城，無污染少遊人，starbucks還沒有在此地開店。下榻在這專營釣魚生意的旅館，人們夜不閉門。每戶分配小車一部，車鎖匙就放在司機位，無需鎖車。
想當年，俄國人在這裡橫行霸道。到而今，有海盗血統的維京人在經營sport fishing 生意。

《生活心理學與禪淺說 （九） 心路》__ 江紹倫
引言
今天多數讀書人知道弗洛伊德的名字，有些人更聽說他對現代和後現代西方文化和生活的深切影響，卻很少人認真了解他怎樣為自己探索心路，同時亦為愈來愈多的心理病人開辟自救的通途，幫他們放輕歇斯底里，或者減低偏頭痛，邁向健康生活的大道。
我為本篇題目尋索了好些時間，最後選擇這簡單的「心路」為題，即時想起「庭院深深深幾許」的詩句，雖然意境盎然，卻沒能說盡心路的遙遠幽深，更遑論它的四維空間了，包括抑制，幻想，創造，和夢馳的無限可能。
弗洛伊德揭開人的無意識和意識的存在，數十年後衍生為本我，自我，超我的運作，構成人生。通過他對數百個精神病人的分析個案，我們了解到每一個人都藏有自煩和自適的能力。通過他對千多個夢的分析。我們窺見，心智在睡眠中發揮無限作用，開拓奇妙的路程，沒有限量。
