《 The Long Beach in Hong Kong 長沙 》__Rose Ho
[Click the image to view the slide show]以前跟滙豐的舊同事在長沙下灣曾徘徊過一回、但從未走過長沙海灘全程。
上星期五(15.09.04)我做到了：從長沙上湾走到長沙下湾、整整三公里。
長沙是香港最長的海灘。上灘有石、大浪一点；有游泳人仕告诉我海水是向外「扯」的、故不利於游泳。下灘比較風平浪靜、玩水也安全一點。
全程沙幼嫩滑；赤著腳走、讓海水磨滑我的足底；逆陽而行、讓背部吸收維他命D。
看著無際的沙灘、島嶼點綴的海洋、在灘上曬呀曬的幾許老外、在上空漂呀漂的滑翔者、在海上爬呀爬的獨木舟人仕；自己則行呀行拍呀拍、悠閒自得、何其寫意。
在這裡就讓我與你們分享我這陽光燦爛的两小時吧。
Sudbury, Ontario __ Yu Fong Ying (61)
Sudbury was voted the happiest city in Canada among over 30. My friend worked in Laurentian University before his retirement. According to him, the city earned that enviable reputation because it has many lakes, including Lake Heron, and water sports are aplenty! Killarney near by is becoming a tourist attraction.

《樂山大佛》__陳柏齡(71)
我遠道而來，在江風吹拂下，獨立船頭，抬望眼，見光霞照耀山崖。我心中懷著無限敬仰，合掌慕拜這有二十幾層樓 高的彌勒佛。
大佛臉孔慈祥，莊嚴肅穆。千百年来，波濤在他脚下洶湧，遠眺山川河泊，閱盡人世間的春夏秋冬。到而今，世界上的文化人也在看他，他們為大佛喝采，選了大佛為「聯合國教科文組織世界遺產」。

Popular as the HK tourists spots as they are….
This time I will bring you to the Trappist Monastery. Unless you are in for curiosity or like a hike on Lantao Island, I am quite sure you may not like to go to this place.
Good or not that good….please still see it thru my lens.
Next time I will bring you to the Auberge Hotel and the Sam Pak Wan in Discovery Bay….so for the overseas friends, you have lots of places to choose to visit when you are next in HK. Continue reading
