解落三秋葉  Falling leaves in late autumn they blow
能開二月花  Early spring blooms they show
過江千尺浪  Thousand feet waves across the river they heave
入竹萬竿斜  Ten thousand poles punting boats they weave

圆魄上寒空  Up the frigid sky the moon rises round and full
皆言四海同  People regard it shining same in all four oceans
安知千里外  Who would know the view in a place far away
不有雨兼風  Heavy winds and rains may storm the terrain
