斯人憔悴爾忘憂
文質彬彬郊野遊
豪宅高門不為動
蝸居自負住無愁
牛市熊市無掛慮
贊君知足樂悠悠
【 樓市火熱，不免羨慕蝸牛。斯文豪大蝸牛原產於臺灣，在香港及華南一帶亦有生長，殼直徑可達52mm, 爬行時慢條斯理，優哉游哉。】
