We used this service too last year. I just booked for the pickup date from their website, and they showed up on the right day 🙂 Make sure the fridge is in working condition, otherwise they will refuse to take it. Having said that, I also have a broken freezer which they removed too, because as long as you have one function appliance, they will take the other items.
